Kiru Scissors
Create a name, brand style and website for a range of high quality, authentic Japanese scissors for the hairdressing industry.
The Japanese word ‘Kiru’ meaning ‘cut’ seemed to fit perfectly as the brand name. The associated symbols were then contained in the style of a traditional banner to form the logo.
Hairdressers are artistic individuals, so incorporating this into the look and feel of the brand was important, therefore traditional Japanese brush strokes were used to give it that creative edge.
